Thank You!
Thank you to our loving family and friends for their continuous support and prayers. It has meant a lot to us. The messages that we have received have been up lifting to us.
I would like to say thank you to my wonderful husband. He has done an excellent job at managing the home front! He is keeping Kasey & Zacks' lives as normal as possible during this difficult time. He has been working this week on getting our new house unpacked. He has been very understanding and supportive!! I love you so much Heath! The kids and I are so lucky to have you in our lives! You go to work everyday to support us and make sure Collin has the medical insurance he needs to receive his health care. You make sure we have our needs met before your own! Not all men would take somebody else's children into their lives and care for them as if they were his own! You are awesome! I know I don't always show it and for that I apologize. I love you so much.
I have the most awesome sister in the world. She has made this so much more easier! It is difficult to make a time such as this easier, but she has managed to do it! She is there for us. Where or when she is needed she is there. She is keeping the office running along with keeping as much stress off of Heath and I as she can!! She has been at the hospital with me every evening to help with the visitors and allow me to take a break. She is helping line up any preparations needed for if the worst was to happen to Collin. Jenn, we love you and are so grateful to have you in our lives!
My parents have been so supportive. I really appreciate what you guys have done for us. I know sometimes it feels like you don't do enough, but what you do is helpful. Mom, keep working on those blankets! Collin will love his! Dad, I know you are trying your best to keep things going in the right direction! We really appreciate it! We learned how to handle stressful situations from you!
Aunt Martha, thank you so much for taking time out of your life to come keep me company at the hospital. I really appreciate it! I know it can be boring sometimes and I can be stubborn, but I really do appreciate it!! You are the best!
John & Jenny, thank you for being there when I need you. I know it has been difficult trying to tell my nephews what is going on. Thank you for everything that you have done for us! You do so much for us!
Our family & friends, you have all been awesome during this difficult time. We are so blessed to be surrounded by so much love! It has made all of this easier! Thank you!

My son Cole went to the babysitter's with Collin (Penny's)and to his birthday party. I'm sure you get a lot of cards, mine had a four leaf clover in it. Our family has followed Collin's journey and prayed for your family faithfully. Collin and your family has touched an entire community who continue to think and pray for all of you constantly. I encourage everyone I know to pray for Collin and for God to be with all of you in this very difficult time.

Julie, Your words are so kind to your family and friends. As they say, Collin gets it honest. lol I visited school this morning with Ally and the kids are keeping high spirits for Collin and are going to try to make him some pictures today. Ally made sure she said a special prayer for Collin before bed last night. She is a tough cookie. Just like Collin has been through this ordeal. You let him know from the Vandiviers that we love him. May God Bless each and every one of you. Cheryl
ReplyDeleteI can't beleive how strong you are Julie. You are being so thoughtful, strong, and worrying about others throughout this. God Bless You!

Thank you Julie! I love you too. You are very strong and brave, and I am very proud of how selfless you have been through this whole ordeal. Don't let anyone tell you that you are wrong in any decisions you make, no matter what the decision is. You follow your maternal instincts - that is what they are there for! You are an amazing mother and sister and I am so proud of you! Love you!
