HOW TO HELP

If you are interested in helping out, there are several ways you can do so.

1.) Take Collin and his family a meal.

Jennifer Noel, John's wife and Julie and I's sister-in-law, has set up a new meal website (since Collin passed away) to organize people to take some meals to Julie and Heath (and kids) for a few weeks until they get their house set up and things back to "normal." Please visit this website and use this log-in information.

Please help if you are able. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Julie, Heath, and Collin's siblings are still adjusting to their new house and we want to make sure they get plenty of nutritious meals! Thank you!

2.) Donate cash. This is most helpful because the money will be used toward medical bills and funeral expenses that are still outstanding.

You can either mail a check (made out to "Collin's Crew" or "Julie Simon and Collin Neese") to P.O Box 531, Greenwood, Indiana 46142. You can also donate directly to Collin's expense account, located with Heartland Community Bank. The account name is "Collin Neese and Julie Simon." Click HERE for more information about the bank, including locations around Johnson County you can visit. The bank's phone number is 317-738-3915.

If you would like an alternative way to donate, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jenn Wilson (Collin's maternal aunt, AKA "Aunt Sissy") at jenndwilson83@gmail.com.

3.) Buy a T-Shirt. There are t-shirts being sold as an ongoing fundraiser. They are green, with the front reading "Collin's Crew" and "Union Elementary," and the back quoting a saying from Collin: "I am a big deal." Shirts are available in kids and adult sizes, and are $10 each. Please email Jenn at jenndwilson83@gmail.com if you would like to order one. We are currently collecting enough orders so that we can do one big purchase order, so this may take a minute. Thank you for your patience!

4.) Donate Blood or Blood Products: Collin received a lot blood and/or blood product transfusions. The family is encouraging everyone to donate regularly in Collin's Memory to help replenish the supply that Collin used, as well as support the Indiana Blood Center in return for them having supplied blood and blood products to Collin.

If you are not in Indiana, the family is asking you to go donate in your state in "Collin's Memory" to help replenish the national supply. If you are in Indiana, donate where ever you are "in Collin Neese's Memory."

Collin used about 5-10 units of blood and blood products per day on average in his last couple of months of life - this included blood transfusions, blood platelets, and a product that helps with clotting. He was O Negative blood type.

5.) Buy a Silver Cuff Bracelet:
There is a silver cuff bracelet fundraiser being organized by a family friend, who is selling silver cuff bracelets. We plan to also sell the rubber style bracelets that kids really like at some point. Please click HERE to learn more about the bracelets and how to order them. Please check back often for more on the rubber bracelet fundraiser and others! Thank you!
