Responding

Collin is being more responsive today. When the nurses clean out his mouth he still wrinkles his forehead, but now he bites the tube! It is great. He is also responding to the cleaning of the breathing tube with facial expression. He also smiled at me a little when I was talking to him. the doctors are trying to wake him up. It could take a couple of days. He is no longer on the Dopamine because he is keeping his blood pressure up. If it starts to fall, they will put him back on it. They have also cut his pain meds back a little. He is still on dialysis. The hope is he will wake up in the next couple of days. I will keep you all posted.
